Make sure you check your spam/junk mail folder if you do not receive the messageboard registration verification email. Quite often the email will end up there, especially if you use Yahoo or one of the other web-based email services.
If after a couple of hours have passed and you still haven't received the email, send an email to metrobaycomix(at)gmail.com and I will look into it that night.
