Nina Nylon is a non-nonsense police officer with a strong work ethic and an unshakeable sense of justice. A traditional by-the-books cop, Nina has a small level of resentment towards the costumed, superpowered vigilantes allowed to run amok in Metrobay, and constantly seeks to prove her worth on the field to show herself their equal.

This drive has left her with little social life and few friends, which she views as distractions from her professional duty to help clean-up the city of its endless waves of crime and corruption. This has alienated her from many of her peers, particularly male officers who, despite her uptight attitude, find her undeniably attractive. Her lone wolf reputation and aversion to having a partner has caused friction at the station, but there’s no denying she gets results.

In a city like Metrobay, however, there’s only so long one can stick to adhering to standard procedure before things get weird.
